This is probably my favorite considering it is really hard to get this student to do much since he understands very little English. He has only been in the US for a few months and when he turned his paper in, he had written a poem in Spanish. I'm sure my translation is not perfect, but it's the best I could do with the help of Google translator and some of my other ESL students.
