We took sparklers that we still have left over from our wedding to play with on the beach to ring in the new year!

Our attempts at writing our name with the sparkler. I would have gotten mine on the next try, but someone decided to burn 6 sparklers at one time and we ran out!

Stephen got up and watched the sun rise. I got out of bed when he said there was a dolphin! It was a pretty sunrise, but not as pretty as last year.
The sunsets did not fail to impress...if only cameras could capture the full beauty...
We
played several rounds of Phase Ten and Banagrams. Stephen won one game
of Banagrams and I won everything else! I only cheated one time to win
our second round of Phase Ten. :)
It was much colder and a little rainy on the day we left, but we still squeezed in one last walk on the beach.
