Taste Test: Taco Bake

If you remember the last recipe I made with Doritos, it didn't go over so well. I thought I'd give it another shot because they make things look so good! And, this one was a taco bake, which seemed like it might go a little better with the Doritos. It was fairly simple to make. It has the random ingredient of tomato sauce, which I didn't think was so random until I couldn't find it. You would think it would be with the spaghetti sauce. Yes, it was on the same aisle, but at the very end on the bottom. Anyway, Stephen and I and another friend ate this for dinner the other night. We all went back for seconds, but no one has touched the leftovers. Doritos just aren't good to bake with I don't think. I liked it fine without the chips on top. I doubt I'll make it again, but if I do, I'll be leaving the Doritos off. This is probably my last attempt at cooking with Doritos.
