Taste Test: Snickers Brownies

Stephen and I were looking for something to do the other night that involved dessert. Neither of us could decide where to go nor did we really want to go somewhere. So, I suggested pulling up Pinterest, looking at my dessert board, choosing one, going to the store to get the ingredients, and baking together. This is the recipe Stephen chose so off we went. We should have read the recipe before embarking on this adventure because it takes a long time to make. I was up until midnight finishing these. These brownies could easily be renamed Diabetes in a Bite Brownies, or Richest Brownies Ever, or Brownies that Last Forever because You get SO Full from One Bite, or Immediately Feel Gross from One Bite Brownies...I could go on. They are REALLY good. They are REALLY rich. They are REALLY heavy. I wish you all could pick up the pan they are in...it's SO heavy. It will fill a 9x13 pan to the top once every layer is done. We're three days in and between me, Stephen, and several guests, we have barely eaten half of the pan. I can usually finish a pan of brownies myself in three days.

How to rate these?
They taste GREAT.
You don't want to make them for just 2 people.
They involve some random ingredients.
They take a long time to make...you have to wait for each layer to completely cool before doing the next layer.
Even though they taste great, you regret eating them after 1-3 bites because your body immediately hates you.

So...8 out of 10?

Changes I would make if I ever embark on making these again:
I would double the caramel.
I would add more peanut butter and leave the peanuts out. I don't like nuts in my brownies, but I put them in these because they're snickers brownies and snickers have nuts.
