Taste Test: Breakfast Burritos

I've been looking for some breakfast options that are quick for me to take on the go in the morning without eating junk. I made these, wrapped them in plastic, and froze. While these are still a little junky, they're better than the frozen ones with a lot less sodium. It took a while to make and stuff all of the burritos, but now that they're made, they're easy to grab on my way out and warm up at school. I don't eat one everyday because I would get tired of them and I try to mix in other options like breakfast bars, cereal, and fruit. It's hard to make hash-browns and get them just right...I have the same trouble with baking fried in the oven...I never can seem to get them done enough. And, I think I used too many hash-browns in the batch I made. Next time I might leave those out all together. But, they're good and fill me up until lunch.

I'd rate these an 8 out of 10.
