Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole
We tried this casserole a few nights after the Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken. It's another easy dish to make. You mix everything together and pour it in the pan. It was okay. I wish I had put the doritos on top instead of on the bottom because they burned some on the bottom of the pan. It was good enough that I took it for lunch the next day, but I don't know that I'll make it again.
I give it a 4 out of 10 rating.
