Taste Test: Breakfast Casserole

This one is easy to test...Easy and Amazing! What made it even better was that Mom was here to cook it for me! I used 6 eggs instead of 4 though and left out the peppers and onions because we're picky like that. It was great fresh and it was great warmed up again. We'll definitely be making this again.
