Taste Test: Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffin

Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins...mmm...so delicious and with this recipe so healthy! This recipe uses oats, greek yogurt, applesauce, egg whites, and sugar substitute among other "regular" ingredients. Yes, I had to make special purchases to make these, but it was worth it. Once you have all of the ingredients, the rest is easy. You put everything in a blender, blend it together, pour in a muffin pan and bake. They are SO tasty and stay SO moist. They also last a while because they are very filling. I could barely finish two for breakfast in the morning and wasn't hungry by the time lunch came around. The recipe compares them to Whole Foods' Chocolate Chunk VitaTop Muffins. Since I've never had those, I compared them to Otis Spunkmeyer's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins that Mom occasionally would buy for me. They taste exactly the same if not better and are a WHOLE lot healthier I'm sure. Go try them...you won't be disappointed.

I rate these a 10 out of 10!
