Taste Test: Beef Stroganoff

This was really easy to put together in the crock pot. It looks gross after it's made and the cream cheese has been mixed in, but it tasted good. When I make a roast, I use golden mushroom soup with a pack of the Lipton Onion soup mix. This tasted similar to that and mine has fewer ingredients. Stephen and I both really liked it, but it wasn't great enough that I would make it instead of my original roast recipe.

I would give it an 8 out of 10.
