We tried this recipe a while back and I realized I never blogged about it. I saw this on Facebook and thought it looked like something Stephen and I would like. It wasn't the best thing I've ever had. It was edible, but neither of us were willing to go for left overs. I wish I had left the mixture separate from the chips and just dipped the chips in. I hate soggy chips and baking it this way made them very soft. It didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping for. This could have been because I had to substitute greek yogurt for the sour cream because my sour cream was way past the expiration date. Overall, I think I'll stick to regular tacos.
