Month by Month: October

We started off October with Mackenzie's death...that was zero fun!

This led to some much needed best friend time so a date night in Boone (alfredo included) was great!
Not to mention we developed some pretty awesome kicking and gymnastic skills!

Stephen took the students to Carowinds for the day and learned he's too old for roller coasters now.

Stephen was also in need of some best friend time so I arranged for some of his friends to come for the weekend.

I got to go to my first conference since I graduated from college. The NCCTM Conference was in Greensboro and the Gear Up grant through Appalachian paid for me to go. It was great!

We spent the weekend in Durham where the only picture I got was of Allyson with this awesome Snap Chat filter! haha

And, we ended the month with a costume contest at church!
