My "Things To Do for the Year" list usually comes from cool things I see others doing on social media. For the past few years I have watched several people post awesome pictures from Sky Top Orchard in Charlotte, or near Charlotte. So, I added it to our list this year. Lucky for us, Morganton has their very own apple orchard that we explored this weekend with Stephen's mom.

Most of the galas had been picked, but Stephen went searching for some anyway since these are his favorites!
After we filled our bucket, we headed back for a fun tractor ride around the orchard!

We had a great time! This will definitely be a fall favorite for us! I'm sure we'll be back before this fall is over.
Yessss!!! This is on my list of "1001 things to do" and we are finally doing it this coming weekend! I think I have to drive an hour or so to the nearest orchard, but it will hopefully be worth it. Gala are my favorites, too. Good choice, Stevo!
