Taste Test: Chicken Tortilla Bake

This looks amazing and was a little twist on what I normally cook so we gave it a try. It's really easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients. I think I used too many tortillas so not all of them got soaked with the soup mixture, but other than that, it turned out well. It calls for rotel, which I've only ever had in sausage dip. It made this dish really spicy, which I wasn't thrilled about. Stephen about had a hissy fit when he saw me putting the rotel in, but then he really liked that it was spicy. It wasn't my favorite dish so it won't be a frequent dish in the Snyder household, but you might enjoy it!

I'll give it a 7 out of 10
