Oh. My. Goodness. These cookies...I know I spent my last cookie review talking about how you can't make something from scratch and it taste as good as pre-prepared store brand. This recipe meets you in the middle and is amazing! You take a yellow cake mix, some butter, 2 eggs, and chocolate chips, mix it together, bake for 20 minutes and WHAM! you have an awesome cookie cake! I made this the night we had a small group get together just in case they weren't good and just in case they were good. If they weren't good, I wouldn't have to throw them away; and, if they were good, I'd have other people to help me eat them. They were a hit and all that was left over were some crumbs.
These definitely get a 10 out of 10!

ReplyDeleteSo I have to share - Rachael came over last night and we made these (I have been drooling over them ever since you posted this) and they were AMAZING. I'm glad I sent her home with a few because otherwise I'm positive I would have eaten them all. SO good! Thanks for sharing!
