#CRWC18

We spent Martin Luther King weekend in Gatlinburg with the student intern team at Crossroads Winter Conference. This was our last trip out of town together before Chloe gets here.

Last year when we went, the weather was so mild. Even though the fires had just ended, it was so nice to walk around downtown.

This year, it was SO cold. As in so cold our heat in our condo could barely keep us warm. It snowed all weekend and we power walked from the car to the door every time and didn't walk farther than one block downtown and that was just to get Starbucks.

Not having a jacket that zips made it a little worse. :)

Thankfully the conference was all inside and we could park in the parking lot right by the convention center.

I've said it before and can't say it enough...Crossroads is so good at what they do. Once again they put on an incredible conference that was a lot of fun to be at. And, traveling with only 4 students makes things so laid back and carefree.

He's still my favorite person to travel with and serve beside.
