Stephen has been sharing recipes that he sees on Facebook with me in hopes of me trying them out. He shared this one a while ago and I've put it off because I knew it would take a lot of prep work. However, I get tired of seeing repeats on the menu, knowing I can't replace that meal until I've used the supplies I bought specifically for it. So I gave it a try tonight. It was easier to do than I thought, but still required a lot of prep time. You have to cook the chicken, broccoli, and shells. Then, you mix it all together and stuff the shells and still have to wait for it to bake for 30 minutes. I bought fresh broccoli to use for this, but since I waited so long to cook this meal, it went bad. So I used frozen broccoli, which just isn't as good. They were good, but I think I'll stick to my traditional Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. It wasn't good enough to wait the extra time after cooking all of it for it to bake. Steph and I mastered Alfredo in college...no need to add to a good thing. :)

Rating 6 out of 10 (it was still yummy Alfredo)
