Taste Test: Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joe Style

I'm getting back into trying new recipes. This was one we tried this summer. It was super easy to make, but I'd consider it more of a sloppy joe than a philly cheese steak in terms of taste. The cheese sauce had a weird texture. I think next time I'll just put a slice of cheese on top. It's quick, easy, and good. We didn't LOVE it, but we ate all of it...even the left overs. We'll throw it into the menu every now and then.
