Spring Break 2013 Style

Last spring break I did a lot of this and a lot of this.

So, what does a teacher do during spring break when she isn't moving 500 yards down the road?? I'm glad you asked!

Friday

Went to the Good Friday choir concert at church (which was amazing!)

Enjoyed milkshakes and the Duke game with friends

Saturday 

Slept in

Read a book

Hung out with a cute puppy

Went to church

Had dinner with Cecelia
Watched a movie with some couples in our small group

Went to church

Had lunch with Cecelia

Hung out with a cute puppy

Watched a basketball player break his leg

Finished book 1 of spring break

Monday 

Slept in

Started another book

Ran errands

Got a pedicure

Grilled out with friends and played corn hole (hello, spring!)

Worked on summer camp stuff

Had a game night with our small group

Went on a lunch date with my husband to McAlisters!

Put one last coat of paint on my spring break projects and hung them

Rushed to Chick-Fil-A to get a biscuit in the last ten minutes they served breakfast
(Steph, you'll appreciate that! I thought about you on my frantic run there!)
Finished school work for next week
Went on a Pelican Snoballs date with my hubby
Went to a two year old's popsicle birthday party at a local park
Took a walk around Croasdaile with Stephen
Had pizza with some of our high school guys
Watched the Final Four games with some friends

Sunday
Went to church
Played tag in the elementary playground with our middle school small group
Took a nap
Went to bed at 9pm

Until next year...Maybe next year I'll spend my spring break in Haiti with my sister!
