Kinsley Faith: 4 Months

You are 12 pounds 12 ounces.
You are 25" long.

You are wearing 3 month and 3-6 month clothes. Your arms and legs are getting long for those, but they fit you around really well. If the weather would stay warm, it would be perfect for short sleeves.

You are in size one diapers.

You are still sleeping well. That week of all night sleep at the end of 3 months was just for fun apparently. You can still sleep all night and do it occasionally, but are usually waking up once a night to eat. You're great about eating and going right back to sleep within 30 minutes so I'm not complaining.
You're napping okay, but most naps are short (45 mins to an hour).

You're still exclusively breastfeeding.

At your 4 month appointment, the doctor heard a heart murmur and referred us to a cardiologist. She took one listen and immediately said it was an innocent flow murmur. We were so thankful for good news about that.

You rolled over from your back to your belly a few times this month, but aren't doing it consistently. The first time was on the couch so I thought it was a fluke, but then you did it on the floor. After 2 days of rolling a handful of times, you stopped and haven't done it again. You get really close though and love to sleep on your side now.

You've spent this month in COVID quarantine again so we haven't really done anything. Allyson was here for most of it and we did get some days in Durham house hunting.
Otherwise, we spent a lot of time outside and overall just enjoyed your happy smiles everyday!

You love napping on my chest on walks.
And in Allyson's arms when we forget the carrier.

Your Zoom conference call debut. Everyone was excited to see you.

Everywhere we go people comment on how your hair looks exactly like mine.

We're still working on tummy time and you're getting better.

You started laughing this month and it's the best!

You've also gotten much more vocal and have the loudest, high pitch squeals! I think you're trying to compete with your sister.
