Taste Test: Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I've had this recipe on the menu for a while now and the pork loin in the freezer so I finally got around to making it. It was super easy to throw together...when you read the directions carefully. I may or may not have had to start over because I didn't read them carefully at first. My pork loin was still frozen so I put it on low for 8 hours. I checked it after 6 and it was done so I turned my crock pot to the keep warm setting until we were ready to eat. I'm pretty sure my crock pot just keeps cooking at that setting because it had dried out a lot when I got back to it a few hours later. However, it still tasted good! We're plain janes over here so we didn't use the onions, mushrooms, or cayenne pepper. I'm pretty sure I found this recipe on a clean eating site somewhere so that means it's healthy, right? Who knows! It was easy and good so that's a winner in my book!

I couldn't remember where I found this recipe to link it, but here's a picture of the recipe I used. We also put our own sauce on so I can't say if the vinegar/mustard sauce is good or not.
