I've been in a major cooking slump lately. We didn't even make a huge grocery store trip in June. I usually plan our meals and shop for the whole month at once. We winged it big time in June. I've been slow getting back into cooking...it's so easy to be slack with it. Today after church, I put this meal together and it was great! Three ingredients, easy directions, and a yummy meal! Not to mention it's very filling. I'd highly recommend it. We used spaghetti sauce instead of marinara sauce and cheese and spinach stuffed ravioli instead of meat stuffed ravioli.
