Operation Declutter

Our bedroom closet had gotten out of control! I knew at the end of the school year I didn't have the energy to tackle cleaning it out. It got to the point though where I was ready for summer to get here just so I could clean it out!
Before on the left. After on the right.

Then, I thought why not just declutter the WHOLE apartment?!? Stephen was less than thrilled that this task got added to the Summer Fun List. However, he has been VERY helpful with the process. (I think he's scared I'll throw something "important" away)

Our next biggest cluttered area was the office. Where we had two very full book shelves.
This small bookshelf still isn't quite finished, but it looks much better!

Then I tackled the bathrooms and kitchen.
Under both bathroom cabinets.

The fridge, cup cabinet, junk drawer, and tupperware cabinet. Why/how does tupperware get SO unorganized?!?

We threw A LOT of stuff away and took A LOT more stuff to Goodwill! It feels so good to get rid of stuff.

Our total checklist included:
Master closet
Dresser
Master bathroom cabinets (above and below sink)
Guest bathroom cabinets (above and below sink)
Guest closet
Bookshelves (2)
Night stands (2)
Desk drawers
Kitchen cabinets (5)
Fridge
Coat closet
Collect all basket by the couch
TV stand
Ottoman (aka blanket holder)
Game storage
Two car loads to Goodwill
Countless trips to the trash and recycling

Still to complete:
Everyday bags by the door
Stephen's school books/remainder of small bookshelf in the office
Box of old CDs
