Taste Test: Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

This recipe has been on my menu for the entire summer. I kept putting it off for easier/quicker meals. Since one of my goals for the summer was to try new recipes, I figured I better mark this one off before I go back to school on Monday. It takes awhile to make...from start to finish, it took me about an hour and a half. If you're awesome and put a lot of meals together to freeze at one time, this would be perfect for you. I don't do that so I spent a lot of time in the kitchen last night putting this together. It tasted really good and, like the recipe says, would be perfect for a cold evening at home. The recipe says to bake it for 45 mins, but that is WAY too long. My cheese got a little too brown on top. I knew 45 minutes was too long and intended on stopping it between 25 and 30 minutes, but I got a little distracted by Pinterest. So, next time I'll stop it early...other than that, it was delicious!
