Odds & Ends

Our summer travels have pretty much come to an end. And, I won't lie, it's been nice to be at home for a while. We are headed to Grandma's this weekend for one last weekend trip. I've started planning for the school year and am easing my way back into somewhat of a routine. I have to work at camp for the last three days of my official summer break, but it will be good for me to get used to getting up at a decent hour again.

Stephen and I had a great time celebrating our one year anniversary. It doesn't get much better than a weekend with nothing planned other than unlimited quality time with your husband. We slept in and took several naps each day. We watched the Olympics. We went to Build a Bear. We played with a puppy. We ate Olive Garden...and Krispy Kreme in the same night. We watched a poorly funded fashion show in the mall. We had delicious breakfasts cooked for us. It was awesome!

Here are a few shots from the past couple of weeks...

I've always wanted to make a Build a Bear...after almost 6 years of dating and a year of marriage, Stephen finally took me to make one. Meet Sam.
