Only a few weeks late on this one...
Kinsley Faith, you are 2.5 and I've decided this is my favorite stage/age. You are talking so much and it is just the cutest (most of the time)!
This girl is feisty! You show your emotions in big ways (throwing things when you're mad, hitting your sister, giving everyone hugs and kisses at bedtime, randomly saying I love you and squeezing our neck).
If you have to sit in time out, you'll say after about 30 seconds, "I okay mommy. I sorry."
You learned how to give a thumbs up and you do it all the time when you approve of something or think something is good.
You love to play outside and your physical abilities are impressive. You love to hang on things and you are a pro at our monkey bar. You also zoom around the neighborhood on your scooter like a champ!
You're still a good sleeper. You take one mid-day nap anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2 hours and you're super flexible if we're on the go and you need to power nap in the car or just skip nap. Then you sleep great at night.

You love to play family with Chloe and will play it with your baby dolls by yourself too. It's cute to watch you talk to your babies.
You love to make people laugh! Once you get someone laughing, you repeat whatever you did to make them laugh over and over again. One day after laughing a few times, I didn't laugh the next time. You stopped, looked at me, and said, "Mommy, I do dat. You laugh."
Making funny faces for the camera is another one of your favorite things.
Another funny moment: one day you were asking daddy for something. He said no. You kept asking over and over again so I finally said maybe to get you to stop asking. You cut your eyes at daddy, shrugged your shoulders at him, and said "maybe." as you walked away.
You still love to snack!
You've discovered butter and love to eat it out of the tub.
When we go to Costco, you always want a churro!
Chick-Fil-A is still a favorite!
You discovered a Chick-Fil-A playground and could not contain your excitement!
Jelly beans are another favorite! Poppy always has some for you at his house.
You are still obsessed with animals and always want to have, hold, or hug them when you see them.
We went to the beach for spring break. It was a cold 60 degrees out, but you did not care. You ran straight for the water. We would have to literally make you come out when you started shivering.
You are excited about baby brother! I hope that continues once he is actually here because you are a big momma's girl right now!
You wrapped up the school year with Mrs. Jeannene and Ollie. You loved spending your days with them.
We got some fun friend time in this summer! You love playing with other people!
You love to play in water! This summer was so fun for you!
You are slightly addicted to watching baby on the phone (YouTube Kids Videos).
As we get back into a routine this school year, we're going to work on breaking that!
You and Chloe are so sweet together (most of the time).
You want to do crafts anytime Chloe is doing them. You usually end up covered in whatever we're doing though!
