Man! What a full three months! You have grown so much!
You are 22 pounds and 14 ounces (73rd percentile).

You are wearing 18 month clothes and size 3 shoes.
You are in size 4 diapers.
You are a great eater still and have discovered blueberries! You got to go to Kurama for Allyson's birthday. You loved it!
You like to pretend to eat the play food and offer it to others. When you offer it to someone else or pretend to eat it yourself, you smack your lips.
At 12.5 months you dropped your bedtime nursing session. I decided to just try one night when Mema was keeping you. I left a bottle just in case, but you went right to sleep and never looked back. You kept your morning nursing session for another month. By 13.5 months, you were fully weaned. For a few weeks you would still randomly pull at my shirt and open your mouth like a baby bird, but you would accept me saying it's all gone and move on to whatever you were playing with.
You are still a great sleeper. Still napping once a day after lunch and sleeping 7-7! Most nights you will let someone rock and sing to you. Occasionally you shake your head no and point to your bed.
You got to enjoy your first snow.
You are learning where body parts are. You have mastered your tongue and belly and most of the time your ear. When we first started asking you, you would stick your tongue out anytime we said "where is..."
You love to play in our shower and think it is hilarious to push the bathroom door open and wave anytime it is shut.
You are a climber! You have mastered the stairs and are a little too brave on them for my liking.
You love to empty a drawer. Your favorite drawers to empty are the bottom drawer in your or Chloe's dresser. You can open the drawer yourself and will have PJs everywhere in a matter of a few seconds. You also like to put Chloe's shoes on and it's adorable to watch you try and do it on your own. You also like to wear her dress up clothes.
You mastered walking these past 3 months. It started by you bouncing on your knees across the floor. At 14 months you could stand independently. By 14.5 months you were taking your first steps (March 22nd). And by 15 months you were walking across the room (April 2nd). By the next day (April 3rd) you would just walk laps around the house. And you could get up freely, without having to pull up on anything shortly after that (April 11th).
You can sign more, please, and all done. You use please all the time! You also do your hands like this if we ask you a question and you want to say "I don't know."
You will dance when music is playing. This is always a favorite milestone for me to watch.
You've mastered the funny faces!
You love balls and animals. You get SO excited when you see an animal. You tense up with excitement and squeal. You wave hi and motion for them to come to you.
You love to be outside and now that you can walk you want to do everything independently. You love our new play set. Swinging is fun, but you really love sliding! Anytime you see a person or animal, you stop and wave hi. (I have a super cute video of this, but blogger still won't upload videos for me)
You will love on babies and pat their back when you hold them.
We started going back to church after the holidays. For the first few weeks you had to sit in service with us. You did really well at first, but by the end of it, you were more of a distraction wanting to crawl everywhere. You did not love the nursery when we first started at Braggtown and had an option to leave you in the nursery. But, by the 3rd week, you were much happier.
We got to visit with lots of family and friends the past few months. We had fun playdates here in Durham and got away to Morganton for a weekend.
We celebrated Valentine's Day and Easter and you were a rock star at the egg hunt!
You are still such a happy baby and have started showing a lot of your silliness too!
