Kinsley Faith: 10 Months

You are wearing 6-9 month and 9 month clothes. We've starting putting you in some 12 month pajamas.

You are wearing size 3 diapers, but after a leakage one night, we've started putting you in 4s for bedtime.

You are nursing 3-4 times a day. We're pretty close to completely dropping the late afternoon time and I think you'll drop the mid-morning one as well pretty soon. You just want to watch what's going on around you and you love eating.

You are a great sleeper! Still 2 naps a day and a solid 12 hours at night.

You're still working on mastering pulling up on things.

You are all over the place. We're figuring out how to trap you in the front room so we don't have to constantly chase you away from Truett's bowls.

You love to be outside. And you love to swing.

You celebrated your first Halloween.

You got sick this month.
You ran a high fever for 3 days straight and had a really upset tummy.
The night before you seemed to turn a corner and start to improve, nothing would comfort you. So I put you in the car at 3am and drove around for an hour to help you fall asleep. Thankfully it worked and you stayed asleep even as I transferred you to your bed. You went 12 hours that night without a wet diaper so we ended up at urgent care the following morning. The doctor we saw said your tummy was very rumbly so she guessed your stomach was hurting so bad the night before. They tested you for COVID the first day you had a fever, but it came back negative. Thankfully you made a full recovery and are back to normal now!

You've officially started taking baths with Chloe and you love it! Anytime we walk in the bathroom, you think you need to be in the tub.

You love Chloe and usually want what she has. You're pretty good at holding onto whatever you have that she wants. I'm sure this is only leading to lots of fights "fun times" ahead for mommy and daddy.

You're still just the happiest, smiliest baby. You love life and have fun no matter what!
