I got braces...ugh. They are not fun, but hopefully won't be on for too long...
Stephen started a high school Bible study on Wednesday nights that's going really well!
We binge watched Fuller House...still cheesy, but it was fun to watch and remember the good ole days of Full House.
Random afternoon concerts with Stephen and Steph. Steph stopped in for a quick visit on her way to Asheville one afternoon and relived the glory days of duets with Stephen from our college days.
Baseball games...still learning to smile for an up close picture with braces. I got to work the gate for our game at school and Stephen even got me to a high school baseball game one night too.
Real spring weather (with a little winter still thrown in)...yes please!
The Hershbergers visited! We had such a great weekend with our friends and enjoyed a beautiful hike on Saturday at Linville Falls.
Spontaneous double dates in Boone after a crappy day...it's always a good night when your husband says, "Want to go to Outback?" and you call your bestie and have a wonderful double date!
Field trip
I got to go on our last field trip of the year. We took our AIG students to the STEM Academy at the community college. They had a full day of learning all about Marine Life.
Lion King! Out of all the times I've seen this, this was my least favorite. However, my least favorite viewing of Lion King on Broadway is still amazing! The songs and costumes never get old...not to mention a girls night out is always fun!
I got to spend a full weekend in Durham with family and got to meet the Sheets twins
Stephen had fun at the Easter egg hunt
Spring break! Complete with dinner dates in the back yard.
Good Friday service...a wonderful evening of worship with our families!
Easter
Elizabeth visited...we taught together everyday for 4 years then both moved away from Durham this past summer. It was great catching up with her on her way through NC.
