We blinked and it's been 7 months already. How?
You are 18 pounds (unofficially)
You are comfortably wearing 6-9 month clothes, but can still fit in a range of sizes based on the brand. We've packed up most 3-6 month stuff, but have also packed up some 6-9 month stuff.
You are in size 3 diapers.
You got your first real boo boo at the beginning of this month. Daddy accidentally bumped your head when playing with you. You cried and cried, but Truett made it all better when he came to check on you.
(This picture is not from getting hurt or scared, but gives you an idea of the tears...they can be a bit dramatic...you get that from daddy)
If something scares you, you cry. The main things that scare you are when Truett barks unexpectedly and when daddy sneezes. If I'm nursing you and a loud noise startles both of us, you really cry after feeling me jump.
You had a really runny nose for a couple of weeks.
I went back to work. We both transitioned better than I expected.
Getting all of the snuggles before laying you down each night.
You're still eating solids and doing great with them. We've moved you up to eating them twice a day now. You've had a little bit of trouble with constipation, but I think that's from the cereal so we've backed off on that.
You can give kisses now. You don't always do it on command, but every time you do, it's the sweetest thing!
You are forceful with pushing away when something is happening that you don't like, mainly having your face wiped.
You are SO close to crawling.
You did this hilarious head shake thing this month. You would be playing and you'd stop and just shake your head back and forth. I couldn't get it on video before you stopped. Another trick that came and went so fast. You also went through a quick phase where you stuck your tongue out all the time.
You're sitting up by yourself. You can go from laying to sitting, but aren't doing it consistently yet. You prefer to sit up to play now.
You're finally, just in the past week, (I'm scared typing this is going to jinx it) sleeping all night.
You may officially stop growing up now!
