Chloe is one month old!
You weigh 8 pounds and 6 ounces and you are 21" long.
When you were born, you were 7 lbs 8 oz.
At your first appointment, you were 7 lbs 5 oz.
By the next week, you were back to your birth weight.
At 3 weeks, you were 8 lbs 4 oz.
You are in newborn diapers.
You are in newborn clothes and some 0-3 month clothes.
You are breastfeeding like a champ!
Your umbilical cord fell off at 3 weeks.
This month you gave us some sweet sleepy smiles that made those middle of the night feedings a little more bearable.
You got your first bath and you LOVED it!
We went on several family walks the first week you were home because the weather was so nice.
You technically had your first snow at the end of your first month. It didn't accumulate much and we were coming off of sleepless nights so #momfail I didn't even take you out in it.
We went through 4 sleepless nights for me when you decided you wanted to party after you ate. Thankfully you didn't cry the whole time...you just would. not. sleep.
Mema stayed with us for your first week home.
Allyson came a couple of weeks later and stayed for the week when daddy had a really busy week at work with Disciple Now.
We had some sweet naps with you on my chest.
You had lots of people come visit you.
You pooped on daddy...he called in back up immediately.
And, you watched your first Duke game with him.
You had your first bottle and daddy started helping with night time feedings...still working on figuring out the best combination for this.
You had your newborn photo session and screamed pretty much the whole time. It was very stressful for me, but then you took a really good nap after.
