Thanks to a mid-day doctors appointment, I took the Tuesday before Thanksgiving off. As soon as we were done at the doctor, we loaded up and headed home. We spent Tuesday evening with Cecelia going to Outback for dinner!
Wednesday Stephen got breakfast with some of the Voyager guys and then met Dad and Andy at the driving range for some fun golf lessons.
I spent the day at Allyson's. Truett and Jax played and I worked on my maternity sub plans.
Wednesday night we hung out with Michael Wilson, Blaine, and Karyn.
Thursday was Thanksgiving. We started the day off with a hike through the woods to the Eno, earning our lunch!
We had lunch with Mom's side of the family and it was delicious!
We usually go to Grandma's right after that, but since we had Truett, we stayed in Durham one more night. Adding another dog to the house full of people wouldn't work so well. It was nice to have a relaxing evening at home.
Friday morning we got up and after breakfast headed to Grandma's. We did a little shopping, a lot of eating, and even got a puppy play date in. Then, we headed home!
Saturday was a nice relaxing day at home. We slept in, took naps, and decorated for Christmas! (more pictures to come!)
Now, it's back to reality for another month before Christmas break!
